Welcome to Neat Nimble Cleaning! We are thrilled to assist you in reclaiming your time. To ensure we provide the best Lethbridge cleaning services possible, please take a moment to review how our hourly cleaning bookings work with our custom cleaning priorities. We don’t believe in a 'one size fits all' approach to cleaning. Instead, you can book a dedicated block of time, and we will work through your tailored priority list to tackle your most important tasks first.

A Few Quick Notes: Our Hardworking Techs: Tips are never required but are always deeply appreciated! 100% of any tip you leave goes directly to your cleaner. Maximizing Your Time: If your cleaner finishes your list early, they’ll find extra tasks to tackle, ensuring you get the best value for your hourly cleaning bookings. If time runs out before the list is finished, we recommend booking a longer session for your next visit! Products & Supplies: We bring everything needed to get the job done. For a current list of our products or MSDS sheets, just shoot us an email! Safety First: We do not handle biohazardous materials (bodily fluids, needles, etc.). Travel to You: For cleans outside of Lethbridge, your booked time starts when the cleaner begins their commute to your property, not upon arrival. Please ensure you’ve added the 'Travel' item to your booking to avoid cancellation. Current Service Scope: We are currently focusing strictly on maintenance cleans. We do not offer add-on services like blinds, windows, walls, or appliances at this time. Which Time Block Should I Choose?

For a standard regular clean, expect about 30–45 minutes for a full bathroom and 30–60 minutes for a kitchen within our Lethbridge cleaning services. 


Be Realistic with Extras: When considering custom cleaning priorities, high-priority 'deep' tasks like hand-wiping baseboards or cleaning inside appliances can add significant time, typically 30–60 minutes each. 


Order of Operations: Start by listing your 'Must-Haves' first. We work top-to-bottom and begin with your #1 priority to ensure the most important work is completed to our high standard, especially during hourly cleaning bookings.

2 Hour Regular Home Cleaning

Apartments, Focused Tasks or a home only seniors live in. 1 or 2 bedrooms

 Kitchen & one full bathroom  vacuum, mop, and dusting.

3 Hour regular home cleaning

 Small-Medium Homes , Standard upkeep for a 1–2 bedroom home: kitchen, 1.5 baths, and main living areas. 

4 hour regular home cleaning

 Standard Family Home (3 Bed) 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. floors, surfaces,  dusting.

5 hour regular home cleaning

Large Homes Recommended for homes with 4+ bedroom

6 + hour regular home cleaning

Large Homes Recommended for homes with 5+ bedrooms 

POLICIES

Quality Checks & Photos

To keep our standards high, we perform random spot-checks. This might include a supervisor stopping by, a quick video check-in, or "Before and After" photos. These photos are kept secure and used only for training and proof of our hard work. If you’d prefer a no-photo policy in your home, just let us know by email

Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking. Because cleaning is a personalized and subjective service, we don't offer refunds. However, if we missed the mark, our 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll come back and make it right at no extra cost!

Timing & Arrival

We do our best to be right on time! Morning appointments are very punctual. For later slots, please allow a one-hour "window" before or after your scheduled time for things like traffic, weather, or a previous clean running a bit long.

Schedule Changes & Cancellations

Our amazing team depends on a consistent schedule to make a living. If you need to move or cancel your visit:
48+ Hours Notice: No problem! Just let us know.
Less than 48 Hours: A $50 fee applies.
Less than 24 Hours: The full cleaning amount will be charged.

Accessing Your Home

Most clients provide a door code or a hidden key location to avoid lockouts. We handle your codes and keys with total privacy.
Lockout Fees: If we can’t get in, we still have to pay our techs for their time. A lockout fee of 50% of your service price may be charged if we can't access the home.

Safety & Miscellaneous Disclaimers

Deep Stains: We can’t guarantee the removal of old rust, mildew, or hard water buildup.
Home Condition: We aren't liable for damage to faulty or poorly installed items (like a loose shelf).
Products: If you ask us to use your supplies, the responsibility for how they affect your home

Accidents, Breakage, & Damage

Our cleaners treat your home with the utmost care, but because we are human, accidents can happen. To keep things fair, please note we aren't responsible for: 

- Snags in carpets or rugs from standard vacuum brushes. 

- Wear and tear on blinds or window coverings during a normal wipe-down. 

- Insecurely hung art, mirrors, or fixtures that may shift or fall when dusted. 

- Loss or damage to high-value collectibles, heirlooms, or original artwork. 

- Damage to any vacuum or equipment you ask us to use. 

We want to ensure that your custom cleaning priorities are met, and that’s why we offer flexible hourly cleaning bookings for your convenience. 

Our Promise to You

We are dedicated to your privacy and will never sell or share your info. We do reserve the right to update these terms as our Lethbridge cleaning services grow, so feel free to check back here occasionally!

 Since we work on a fixed-time basis, our techs focus on your top priorities first. If the timer runs out before we hit the bottom of your list, it usually means your home needs a bit more "TLC" than the time allowed. The Fix: We recommend adding an extra hour or two to your next booking to get everything caught up! 

 We can! However, our techs are instructed to clean around heavy clutter to avoid misplacing your items. This means surfaces under piles of clothes or papers won't be touched. The Fix: To get the best "bang for your buck," try to clear surfaces the night before. If you’d rather we do the tidying, just put "Organizing" at the top of your Priority List! 

 For our friends outside of Lethbridge, your booked time includes the tech’s travel to your property. The Fix: To ensure you get a full 3 hours of active cleaning inside the home, simply book a 3.5 or 4-hour slot to account for the commute.

 Heavy mineral buildup can be stubborn! To protect your fixtures, we use safe, professional products that may take 2 or 3 visits to fully "melt" away years of buildup. The Fix: Consistency is key—staying on a maintenance schedule will eventually break through the grime without damaging your tub.

 We are human and occasionally miss things! The Fix: We offer a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. Just snap a photo and let us know within 24 hours. We will send a tech back within two business days to fix that specific spot for free. 

 Because we’ve reserved that time slot specifically for you and have to pay our tech for their commute, a lockout fee applies. The Fix: We recommend using a door code or lockbox so you never have to worry about "key amnesia" again! 

 We love it when that happens! While we can't always guarantee a specific tech due to scheduling, you can request them in your booking notes. The Fix: The best way to keep a tech you love is to book your recurring appointments well in advance!
